At IRONMAN 4X4, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided via email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
